Argington's mission is to create children's contemporary heirloom furniture that will enhance your child's life and learning. They are a family run business with a strong background in fine art, wood working and architecture. Their inspiration came initially from their own child, but since then, it has led them to design and create for children everywhere, of all ages.
The Babylon toddler high chair can support children and also most adults; it can handle more than 250 lbs. It is a wonderfully versatile piece as the seat and footrest adjust to as high as a bistro or countertop and as low as a coffee table. It is a snap for kids to get in and out of this chair which promotes independence and fun at mealtime. There are no tools required to make any of the adjustments.
There is an optional infant tray kit available for children six months and older. The tray kit has both passive and active restraints. Safety strap can be removed with one hand, and the adjustments to the chair can be made in less than one minute. The Babylon infant tray is adjustable up to three positions and is removable for easy cleaning. Cushions are washable, and feature Velcro closures that always keep cushion secure in place. Please note that when the tray is in use, the seat and foot rest are not adjustable and have a fixed height.
