Do you offer design services?
Yes, we do. We can assist you in creating the perfect setting for you child whether it be a nursery, bedroom, or playroom. Please contact us for more info.
Do you offer a discount to the trade?
We do offer a discount to the trade on most items. You will need to submit your tax id and additional info.
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship within the continental US. However, you may make arrangements with a designer/third party logistics firm that can arrange transport outside the US.
What is drop-shipping?
Items that are drop-shipped are sent directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. This allows us to keep the shipping or freight costs within reason, and, in most cases, minimizes the risk of damage to the items.
All large furniture is handled this way as well as many other things.
Who pays the shipping charges on returns and exchanges?
The customer pays for all return shipping expenses including insurance; however, we will email a shipping label (at our expense) if we send the wrong size/color in error.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express , and Discover.
Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
You will only be charged sales tax if your order is shipping within the state of Georgia. Gift certificates are not charged sales tax upon purchase regardless of where the recipient resides.
Will I receive an order confirmation and shipping updates?
Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as you place your order, and all subsequent updates will also be sent automatically to the email address you provide in your order.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We have a 24 hour grace period from the time your order is placed during which you may cancel it. After 24 hours, all orders for custom made items, including but not limited to furniture, rugs, paintings, and special order items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests on other items.
