Do you offer a discount to the trade?
We do offer a discount to the trade on most items. You will need to submit your tax id and additional info.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship directly within the US. For international shipping, you may use Borderlinx as a shipping service. Visit Borderlinx.com and register for a Borderlinx shipping address (they provide international consumers with a unique suite # at their hub in Columbus OH). Once you have that set up, you would then return post-registration to our site to place your order and have the order forwarded to OH. Borderlinx in turn forwards it to the international address after you pre-pay them for international shipping + duty and taxes.
What is drop-shipping?
Items that are drop-shipped are sent directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. This allows us to keep the shipping or freight costs within reason, and, in most cases, minimizes the risk of damage to the items.
All large furniture is handled this way as well as many other things.
Who pays the shipping charges on returns and exchanges?
The customer pays for all return shipping expenses including insurance; however, we will email a shipping label (at our expense) only if we send the wrong size/color in error.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express , and Discover.
Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
You will only be charged sales tax if your order is shipping within the state of Georgia. Gift certificates are not charged sales tax upon purchase regardless of where the recipient resides.
Will I receive an order confirmation and shipping updates?
Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as you place your order, and all subsequent updates will also be sent automatically to the email address you provide in your order.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We have a 24 hour grace period from the time your order is placed during which you may cancel it. After 24 hours, all orders for custom made items, including but not limited to furniture, rugs, paintings, and special order items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
