SPECIAL ORDERS
If there is something you're looking for, and you don't see it on our site, contact us. Chances are, we can order it for you. We can also arrange gift boxes of various products to send as shower gifts, etc.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any product* (exceptions noted below) which does not meet or exceed your expectations may be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging** for a refund to the original card from the purchase, less the shipping charges, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, and up to 60 days, you may receive a store credit or exchange only.
Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit post on your statement.
Please contact us via email at returns@babygeared.com to obtain a return authorization. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your return authorization.
Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place, and include a copy of the return authorization email with a brief note explaining your return/exchange. For your protection, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post, etc) and keep your receipt. Babygeared is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
* Custom made items, as well as furniture, paintings, special order, and sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
** Unused items not returned in their original packaging will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
Most merchandise is shipped domestically via FedEx Ground or USPS, and each order is fully insured and tracked.
Oversized orders and orders to HI or AK may be charged additional shipping fees.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive stocked items via ground delivery. Drop-ship and made-to-order items can take longer. Items ordered will ship as ready and may not arrive together.
Depending on the item, we can express your order. Oversized and furniture items cannot be expedited.
All damages in shipping must be noted at delivery and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
